Choose your area of care
Eight areas of care, from general consultation to chronic disease management. Pick the one that matches your concern — you can always be redirected inside the practice if a different clinician is better suited.
Answer a short health questionnaire
A structured questionnaire asks about your symptoms, history and current medication. It is short, private, and gives your clinician the context to start your consultation properly prepared.
Pick a time; see the fee or check your medical aid
Choose a clinician and a time that suits you. The fee is shown before you book, or choose medical aid and your cover is checked in real time — any co-payment is shown before you confirm.
Consult by video, voice or chat
Meet your clinician by video, voice or chat, day or night, from anywhere in South Africa. Afterwards, your documents land in your dashboard.
Who will consult me
HPCSA-registered doctors, and clinical associates who consult under a registered doctor's supervision (HPCSA Notice 1390 of 2016). You choose which. Consultations from R299 with a clinical associate; each doctor sets their own fee, shown before you book.
