Choose your health concern and complete a 3-minute AI-powered clinical assessment. You're then matched with an available HPCSA-registered practitioner on the iScript platform.
Practitioner Consultation & Diagnosis
Your practitioner reviews your AI assessment report and conducts a secure teleconsultation via video or phone. They issue a diagnosis and, where appropriate, an electronic prescription (e-script).
e-Script Sent to Partner Pharmacy
Your prescription is digitally transmitted to our partner licensed pharmacy — fully HPCSA and Medicines Control Council (MCC) compliant. The pharmacist verifies and prepares your medication.
Discreet Packaging & Dispatch
Your medication is packaged in plain, discreet packaging — no external markings. Your privacy is paramount. Package is sealed and dispatched via tracked courier.
Real-Time Tracking
You receive an SMS and email with your tracking number the moment your package is dispatched. Track your delivery in real time via the courier's portal. Standard delivery: 2–5 business days nationwide.
Confirmed Receipt
Once delivered, you confirm receipt in the iScript app. For chronic medications, your practitioner can set up automatic repeat prescriptions — ensuring you never run out of essential medication.

iScript.health Dispensing
iScript.health holds a Section 22C Dispensing Doctor licence (Medicines and Related Substances Act 101 of 1965), held by our founder and Practice Principal, Dr. Chomba Chuma. This licence allows iScript to dispense and directly ship a defined range of medications from our licensed dispensing premises, following an appropriate consultation and prescription. For medications outside this direct-dispense set, or where clinically indicated, prescriptions are sent electronically to our partner pharmacies (Medipost, Pharmacy Direct) for fulfilment. Patient choice is preserved throughout.
Prescribing & dispensing compliance: Prescriptions issued by a Medical Doctor are dispensed at any registered SA pharmacy or directly via iScript's Dispensing Doctor licence. Prescriptions issued by a Clinical Associate under the Essential Drug List (Schedule 1-4) are dispensed identically. Non-EDL Schedule 4 items are countersigned by the supervising doctor before dispensing. Schedule 5+ items are prescribed only by a Medical Doctor, and only after in-person consultation where required by HPCSA rules.
