Clinical Governance

The team behind every
iScript consultation.

HPCSA-registered doctors and Clinical Associates working together under South African clinical governance rules.

Who Consults You

Two practitioner categories, one standard of care

Every iScript consultation is delivered by an HPCSA-registered practitioner. Here's how our care team is structured.

Medical Doctor

Medical Doctors

Independent Contractors

Fully autonomous HPCSA-registered doctors on the iScript platform. Each doctor operates their own private practice model under iScript's HPCSA Group Practice registration, earning 80% of every consultation fee via a revenue-share arrangement.

How Supervision Works

Tiered supervision for Clinical Associates

iScript enforces supervision tiers automatically based on years of HPCSA registration.

B

Tier B

2–4 years HPCSA-registered

The supervising doctor countersigns every consultation before it is finalised. This ensures real-time clinical oversight on every patient encounter.

C

Tier C

5+ years HPCSA-registered

Autonomous consultation with a named on-call doctor plus monthly case audit. The doctor is alerted automatically on red-flag cases.

iScript only onboards Clinical Associates with 2+ years of HPCSA registration (Tier B and C) — the platform enforces these supervision tiers automatically.
