All consultations are conducted by HPCSA-registered practitioners — Medical Doctors (Independent Contractors) or Clinical Associates (employed by Dr. Chomba & Associates Inc and working under the live supervision of a named Medical Doctor, in accordance with Government Gazette 40414, Notice 1390 of 11 November 2016). The consulting practitioner and, where applicable, the Supervising Medical Doctor are identified at the point of booking and again in the consultation record. Prescriptions may be issued for dispensing at any registered South African pharmacy.

AI tools used by iScript are validated for use in the South African clinical context.

Telehealth consultations are billed in accordance with NHRPL tariff codes and are covered by most registered medical aid schemes for eligible conditions. iScript does not issue Schedule 6 medications via telehealth-only pathways. In emergencies, please call 10177 (EMS) or go to your nearest emergency department. iScript services are not a substitute for emergency care.
