iScript Provider Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms. By registering as a provider on iScript.health, you accept these Provider Terms in full.

2. HPCSA Registration. You warrant that you hold a current, valid HPCSA registration and will notify iScript immediately of any change in registration status.

3. Independent Contractor. You are an independent contractor. iScript is not your employer. You remain solely responsible for your tax affairs, professional indemnity insurance, and compliance with all applicable laws.

4. Revenue Share. You will receive 80% of each consultation fee. iScript retains 20% as a platform service fee. Payments are made monthly via EFT to your nominated bank account.

5. Clinical Standards. You will comply with HPCSA Booklet 10 (Telemedicine Guidelines) at all times. You may not prescribe Schedule 6 substances via telehealth.

6. Data Processing. You act as a data processor under POPIA. iScript is the responsible party. You will process patient data only as instructed and will report any breach within 72 hours.

7. Termination. Either party may terminate this arrangement with 30 days written notice. iScript may suspend access immediately for patient safety concerns or HPCSA non-compliance.

8. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gauteng.
